Reorganize the company's product operations, structured Figma, redesigned the entire app that was previously code-only, created version 2 of the dashboard, and reorganized and established a documentation standard in DevOps.

Recycle loop for a plastic industrie

A short-term 6-month project to invalidate a proposal through field research and a POC in São Paulo with 3600 residents of a condominium in the North Zone for tracking recyclable materials.
